THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between June 29 and July 3:

Roger Gill, aged 72, of Corbyns Hall Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £285 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on April 15. When tested, he had 100mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £29 and £235 court costs.

Jamie Lee Edwards, aged 26, of Dean Close, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a man in Stourbridge on January 31. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and £250 court costs.

Gavin Garratt, aged 27, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing razor blades, worth £79.83, from Co-op Pharmacy, Dudley on April 17 and meat, worth £38.51, from Asda, Dudley, on June 12, while subject to a community order and deferred sentence. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on June 26, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Alix Elizabeth Petford, aged 27, of Alma Street, Colley Gate, was fined £110 for drink driving in Stourbridge on June 13. When tested, she had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Amie Westwood, aged 35, of Shadwell Drive, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for being the owner of a dangerously out of control border collie that caused injury to a person in Lower Gornal on July 1, 2014. She must carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Sarah Louise Jones, aged 35, of Heath Green, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for stealing items, worth £390.57, from stores across Dudley borough between April 19 and June 27. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Lee James Fisher, aged 35, of Chiltern Close, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing skin products, worth £159.90, from Boots, Dudley, on June 26, while subject to a community order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

David Jon Hunt, aged 45, of Lyndsey Place, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for possessing diamorphine in Brierley Hill on January 6. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Chloe Jade Vigar, aged 29, of Hillbrow Crescent, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing DVDs, worth £118, from Sainsbury’s, Brierley Hill, and possessing two foiled lined bags for use in the course of, or in connection with theft, on June 24, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Angela Cina, aged 41, of School Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £256 for drink driving, without a licence or insurance, in Dudley on June 17. When tested she had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Kamil Jan Pazdzior, aged 31, of Brettell Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for causing £300 worth of damage to a car window in Brierley Hill on April 3. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Lesley Talbot, aged 42, of White City Road, Quarry Bank, was given a two year community order for stealing toy guns, worth £49.96, from Argos, Merry Hill, on June 16. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Stephen Andrew Bennett, aged 29, of Cromwell Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a man and causing damage to a laminated glass window, in Dudley, on November 10, 2014. The offence was racially aggravated. He was also sentenced for two more racially aggravated assaults, on October 27, 2014 and November 12, 2014. He must pay compensation of £380 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Marlon Brant Bills, aged 43, of Castle Hill, Dudley, was sent to prison for 25 weeks for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill and causing £119.94 worth of damage to a door frame on November 12, 2014. He was also sentenced for assaulting a man in Sedgley and using threatening, abusive or intimidating words or behaviour with intent to cause a man to believe violence would be used against him on January 2. Bills was also sentenced for assaulting a woman in Dudley on four occasions between April 10 and 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Andrew Charles Southall, aged 34, of Bent Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on May 3. He must carry out 120 hour unpaid work, pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Umair Mohammed Amin, aged 18, of Balds Lane, Lye, was fined £110 for drink driving in Stourbridge on June 26, without a licence, insurance or MOT. When tested he had 64mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £255 court costs.

Lianne Melissa Bourne, aged 23, of Castle Mill Road, Dudley, was fined £150 for assaulting two police officers in Dudley on June 18. She must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £20 and £255 court costs.

Jayne Smith, aged 47, of Douglas Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for two weeks for stealing items, worth £14.95 from Home Bargains, Dudley, on June 19, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Alexis James Wooldridge, aged 34, of Rutland Place, Wollaston, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Stourbridge on June 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £255 court costs.

Paul Davis, aged 35, of Grafton Gardens, Sedgley, was fined £175 for causing £200 worth of damage to a garden fence in Brierley Hill on March 22. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and £105 court costs.

Richard Steven Lawley, aged 36, of Hill Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for entering Adam’s Furniture, Brierley Hill, as a trespasser on May 15, with intent to steal and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on June 2, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Alan Clarke, aged 42, of Birmingham New Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for dishonestly causing a quantity of electricity to be wasted or diverted and producing cannabis in Dudley on March 27. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £105 court costs.
