THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 16 and 20:

Rebecca Francis May Gearing, aged 19, of Gloucester Road, Netherton, was fined £120 for drink driving in Netherton on October 30. When tested, she had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £285 court costs.

Jordan Steven Gillard, aged 25, of Farm Road, Netherton, was fined £120 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on October 31. When tested, he had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay £285 court costs.

Syed Hussain, aged 31, of St James Road, Dudley, was fined £220 for driving without a licence, while using a mobile phone, in Dudley on January 6. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and £300 court costs.

Ellis Anthony Walker, aged 20, of Clent View Road, Colley Gate, was given a 12 month community order for entering two shops in Stourbridge as a trespasser on April 13, with intent to steal. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £60 and £380 court costs.

Peter Thomas Walker, aged 22, of Hill Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for entering two buildings in Stourbridge as a trespasser with intent to steal on April 13. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and £380 court costs.

Katie Ward, aged 22, of Copeland Place, Cradley Heath, was given an eight week community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on August 27. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 8pm and 6am. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Traci Benardette Little, aged 36, of Saltbrook Place, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for breaching a restraining order in Halesowen on September 27. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £365 court costs.

Matthew Robert Kenneth Conley, aged 33, of Osprey Drive, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Cradley Heath on May 21. He was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Kieron Kevin Fellows, aged 26, of Broadway, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on September 8. He must carry out 40 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Michael Kevin Jones, aged 26, of Hawne Lane, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £150, from All Occassions, Halesowen, on October 17. He was also sentenced for stealing razor blades and deodorant, of unknown value, from Asda, Halesowen, on five occasions, between October 7 and 9. He was fined £180 and must pay compensation of £370, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Reiss Clifford Myrie aged 26, of Cotswold Close, Oldbury, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on May 9 and 27. He must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Ryan Mark Emery, aged 23, of Wassell Road, Wollescote, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a man and possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on April 25. He must pay compensation of £250 and £520 court costs.

Scott Anthony John Partsons, aged 27, of Compton Road, Cradley Heath, was fined £110 for possessing cannabis resin in Halesowen on June 3. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 30, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £365 court costs.

Joshua Thomas Hillman, aged 24, of Cherry Drive, Cradley Heath, was fined £250 for drink driving in Netherton on November 6. When tested, he had 47mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £285 court costs.

Umar Ishtiaq, aged 29, of St Mark’s Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a woman to believe violence would be used against her, at Merry Hill on September 23. The offence was racially aggravated. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £365 court costs.
