THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between February 1 and 5:

Zoe Kayleigh Catling, aged 23, of Churchill Drive, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting two police officers and two charges of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, on January 30. She was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and £50 court costs.

Sean Michael James Parkes, aged 27, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was fined £250 for driving whilst unfit through drugs, in Dudley on October 14, 2015. He was also sentenced for having no licence, insurance or MOT. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Paul John Skidmore, aged 36, of Victoria Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £110 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Brierley Hill on January 17. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Ruth Victoria Tait, aged 39, of Bridgnorth Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a police officer in Stourbridge on October 23, 2015. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £250 court costs.

Ashley Gallen Holyoake, aged 41, of Greenwood Avenue, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing filled coal bags in Warley on January 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Faith Kamau, aged 35, of Hillside Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on January 4, while subject to a conditional discharge. She was fined £40 and must pay compensation of £50 and a £60 victim surcharge.

Michael Garry West, aged 24, of Ashfield Drive, Halesowen, was given a nine month community order for stealing items worth £130 from Asda, Halesowen, between January 23 and 25. He must pay compensation of £130 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Phillip Paul While, aged 36, of St Matthews Road, Oldbury was given a 12 month community order for stealing filled coal bags in Warley on January 18 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 2, having been released on bail. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £60 court costs.

Joshua Campbell, aged 21, of St Peters Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for six months for causing £95 worth of damage to a door in Dudley on October 3, 2015. He must pay compensation of £95.

Gemma Louise Dunne, aged 33, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was given a 12 month community order for stealing perfume, worth £107, from Boots, Merry Hill, on January 16. She was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Farhaan Mohammed Khan, aged 19, of Clarence Road, Dudley, was fined £80 for taking a car without the consent of the owner on January 21, driving without a licence or insurance and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Michelle Tracey Prince, aged 53, of Kent Street, Dudley, was fined £250 for drink driving in Wrens Nest on January 16. When tested she had 112mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was given 10 penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £135 court costs.

Jade Suzanne Waterworth, aged 20, of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for six months for causing £300 worth of damage to a car in Brierley Hill on December 24, 2015. She was also sentenced for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT. She was given six penalty points, fined £120 and must pay compensation of £108 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Rachel Leanne Davies, aged 35, of Chestnut Grove, Kingswinford, was fined £120 for drink driving in Kingswinford on January 13. When tested, she had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for driving without insurance and disqualified from driving for 12 months. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Nadia Jayne Hollis, aged 53, of Ironbridge Walk, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing items, worth £87.94, from shops in Brierley Hill on January 12. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Katie Louise Prince, aged 36, of Stickley Lane, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for stealing diazepam tablets, worth £1.50, from Russells Hall Hospital, on January 8. She must carry out 50 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £185 court costs.
