A SPECIAL school in Oldbury has won its second consecutive gold award for outstanding health and safety.
The Meadows Sports College achieved the highest accolade in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents award.
Inspectors had to check of the Dudley Road East school’s procedures and policies to ensure they were robust and effective.
Principal Gordon Phillips praised business director Zilu Miah for putting forward an “outstanding” evidence pack forward for scrutiny.
