CONSERVATIVE councillors in Halesowen are getting together to hold an open surgery in the Cornbow Centre on Saturday.
From 10am until noon residents can raise any issues they may have with their elected representatives.
Halesowen North councillor Karen Shakespeare said: "Residents can also find out more about becoming a councillor or getting involved in politics.
"We are encouraging people to come along, since if this is a popular idea, we will make it a regular event."
She added: "People will also get the chance to meet for newly elected Hayley Green Cllr Ruth Buttery and Belle Vale Cllr Laura Taylor who will be joining the rest of the team for the first time."
