Brian Lammas, a former art teacher at Leasowes High in Halesowen, is one of a group of Midlands artists showing their creations in the free exhibition called Take Five which starts on Saturday at Aardvark Books and Cafe in Brampton Bryan.
Sixty-four-year-old Mr Lammas, who is retired from teaching and lives in Wollaston, will kick off proceedings at the venue at The Bookery, Manor Farm, on Saturday with a performance of live jazz with fellow artist and musician Mark Webster.
