THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between July 29 and August 4:

Diane Joyce Williams, aged 45, of Turners Grove, Lower Gornal, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Lower Gornal on July 13. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Anthony James Barker, aged 41, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer in Dudley on June 28. He was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £50 court costs.

Jamie Keith Bradley, aged 28, of Sidney Road, Cradley Heath, was fined £120 for assaulting a police officer in Lye on July 16. He must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Matthew John Connelly Dillon, aged 55, of Hurst Court, Lye, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing washing tablets, worth £59.94, from Home Bargains, Brierley Hill, on July 30 and breaching a criminal behaviour order, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Rahais Nahim Choudhary, aged 21, of Kingswinford Road, Dudley, was fined £180 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Birmingham between October 5 and November 2, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £300 court costs.

Robert James Slim, aged 34, of Treeacre Grove, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing cans of spray tan, worth £70, from Boots, Merry Hill, on August 2 and possessing cannabis. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £100 court costs.

Nigel Robert Little, aged 36, of High Street, Quarry Bank, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing clothing, worth £65, from Matalan, Brierley Hill, on June 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Adam James Warr, aged 22, of Wallows Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation, which was threatening, abusive or insulting, with intent to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress in Brierley Hill on July 17. The offence was racially aggravated. He was also sentenced for using insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress to a person in Brierley Hill on July 17. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Philip Norman Courtney Jerome Blake Willa Willcock, aged 19, of Harold Road, Rowley Regis, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a steak knife in Dudley on July 14. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 10pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Neil Lloyd Gordon, aged 51, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing coffee, worth £7.50, from Iceland, Dudley, on August 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Joanne Rebecca Harriet Lee, aged 43, of Waggon Street, Old Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £175.29, from shops in Halesowen and Dudley between September 19, 2015 and June 28. She was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £54, a victim surcharge of £85 and £50 court costs.

Jak Alan Skeldon, aged 26, of Vicarage Road, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £1,000 of damage to a fire door at The Cross pub in Stourbridge on January 9. He must pay compensation of £1,000, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Robin James Hanbury Davies, aged 40, of Ingatestone Drive, Wordsley, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for harassing a woman in Kingswinford between October 25, 2015 and January 14. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £175 court costs.
