THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between August 8 and 11:

Jane Elizabeth Hickens, aged 45, of Mousesweet Close, Netherton, was fined £150 for assaulting a man in Dudley on July 24 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused offence. The latter offence was racially aggravated. She must pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Rebecca Jones, aged 35, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, for breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Heron Foods, Dudley, on August 6. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Craig Anthony Davies, aged 39, of William Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £351.04, from stores in Dudley and Brierley Hill between June 28 and July 22, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £173.33, a victim surcharge of £85 and £75 court costs.

Jessica Megan Mason, aged 29, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was given a one month community order for stealing items, worth £268.85, from stores in Brierley Hill on July 11 and 19. She was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £50 court costs.

Ryan Mitchell Bird, aged 21, of Wood Road, Gornal, was sent to prison for six weeks for assaulting a woman in Dudley on June 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.He was also sentenced for causing £90 worth of damage to a glass door panel in Sedgley on May 10 and must pay compensation of £90.

Simon Peter Ian Foxall, aged 42, of Talbot Street, Lye, was fined £90 for stealing deodorant, worth £101.64, from B&M Bargains, Dudley, on April 30. He must pay compensation of £101.64, a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 court costs.

Catherine Speed, aged 57, of Spring Meadow Road, Dudley Wood, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing items, worth £11.69, from BHS, Merry Hill, on July 19. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Jason David Williams, aged 45, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was fined £40 for stealing meat, worth £37.20, from Lidl, Oldbury, on July 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £40 court costs.

Rebecca McDonald, aged 27, of Heath Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a police officer in Netherton on March 24. The offence was racially aggravated. She was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Simon Peter Ian Foxall, aged 42, of Talbot Street, Lye, was given a six month community order for stealing meat, worth £31.46, from Co-op, Sedgley, on August 8, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Michael John Webb, aged 37, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing steak, worth £120, from Waitrose, Stourbridge, on June 9 and entering a flat in Stourbridge as a trespasser between July 15 and 17, with intent to steal while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay compensation of £370, a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.

Ken Redding, aged 18, of Clancy Way, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for driving whilst disqualified in Brierley Hill on May 28 and again in Netherton on June 29, without insurance. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Ian James Rollinson, aged 23, of New Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing a milkshake, worth 39p, from Heron Foods, Dudley, and children’s underwear, worth £83, from Peacocks, Dudley, on August 9. He was also sentenced for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen air fresheners and mascaras, worth £67.58, from Bodycare, Dudley. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £50 court costs.

Joshua William Cox, aged 24, of Amblecote Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a police officer in Brierley Hill on July 7. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Matthew Klagge, aged 29, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, was fined £60 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on July 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £30 court costs.

Gemma Newey, aged 26, of Consort Crescent, Pensnett, was fined £120 for drink driving in Pensnett on July 26. When tested, she had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Saleh Rahamah Bakhit, aged 35, of Edward Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used against them, in Dudley, on April 2. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £150 and £300 court costs.
