KIDS can enjoy Halloween fun at Himley Hall by taking part in a free ghosts and ghouls trail next week.

The Halloween hunt will be held in the park on Tuesday (October 25) from 11am to 3pm and children up to 10 years of age can take part.

People will be invited to look around the grounds to find spooky characters and can claim a certificate to take home upon completion.

It is the third time the hall has hosted a fun children’s trail, with the princess and pirate treasure hunt and the game of gnomes fun days having proved very popular earlier this year.

Councillor Khurshid Ahmed, cabinet member for planning and economic development said: “Himley Hall has a fascinating past and served as a home to the Earls of Dudley for over four centuries.

"The Halloween trail around this historic location provides parents and carers with the perfect opportunity to ignite the imagination of their little ones this half term.”

Children must be accompanied by an adult and there is no need to pre-book the activity, which includes free admission to the hall.
