A quick glance around the Black Country and North Worcestershire suggests the roads are looking okay in general, apart from where there are ongoing road works. Some to look out for are:

One lane is closed and there is sslow traffic on the M5 southbound between J4A M42 and J5, A38 (Droitwich), because of an accident involving car and lorry. There is congestion stretching back to J4, A38 (Bromsgrove).

Near Halesowen, there is slow traffic on the A4123 Wolverhampton Road southbound in Oldbury at the Birchley Island.

In Kidderminster, delays are expected on the A449 Chester Road North in Kidderminster at the Hurcott Road junction, because of stop-go boards.

While in Redditch, the slip road is closed on A4189 Warwick Highway in Redditch at the Studley Road junction, because of roadworks. A diversion is in operation.

Near Stourbridge, Mill Street in Wordsley, is closed in both directions between the B4180 Brierley Hill Road junction and the Bridge Street junction, because of fire damaged building.
