INTERNATIONAL Happiness Day is to be celebrated by Dudley and Walsall Health Partnership Trust.

A Mental Health Forum focusing on maintaining mental health and wellbeing will be held at Brierley Hill Civic Hall on Thursday March 16 at 11am to 1pm.

Guest speakers from the Trust and other health organisations will be attending the event giving information on ways to tackle stress and anxiety as well as looking at mental and physical health.

The Black Country health community will also have stalls providing free resources, support and advice and also informing you on services that are available.

The Trust employs 1,100 staff based at 26 locations across Dudley and Walsall including three hospitals, Bushey Fields in Dudley and Dorothy Pattison and Bloxwich in Walsall.

It provides a range of services focusing on mental health to around 560,000 children, adults and elderly people including employment, education and training support for people with mental health problems.

A free lunch will be provided at the forum but due to increasing popularity booking is required.
