THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between February 10 and 15:

Scott Anthony John Parsons, aged 28, of Compton Road, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for 28 weeks for breaching a restraining order and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Tividale, on February 8, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £140.

Kasi Ajmal, aged 22, of Hackett Drive, Dudley, was fined £250 for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT in West Bromwich on November 1, 2016. He was given eight penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Karl Anthony Kent, aged 31, of Douglas Road, Oldbury, was fined £100 for being drunk and disorderly in Warley on January 31. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Sean Michael Fitzgerald, aged 42, of Armstrong Close, Stourbridge, was given an eight week community order for stealing a pouch containing £120 in Stourbridge on November 27, 2016. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

David Rose, aged 66, of Moat Road, Oldbury, was fined £120 for assaulting a police officer in Oldbury on January 28. He must pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Kimberley Gibbs, aged 26, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen mobile phone, in Brierley Hill on August 24, 2016. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £185 court costs.

Stephen Raymond Robins, aged 37, of Lloyd Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing perfume and cosmetics, worth £378.10, from Boots, Merry Hill, on November 26, 2016. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £185 court costs.

Maninder Kaur Dhillon, aged 37, of Mallows Grove, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing items, worth £50, from Tesco, Dudley, on February 4. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Craig Adam Poole, aged 31, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a drone, worth £1,200, from DAI Leisure Pursuits, Brierley Hill, on October 19, 2016. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 8, having been released on bail. He must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £600, a victim surcharge of £85 and £650 court costs.

Julian Probyn, aged 31, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was sent to prison for 23 weeks for stealing items, worth £100 from shops in Dudley and Rowley Regis between February 10 and 15 and causing damage to a vending machine on February 15, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
