The archives and local history centre
PEOPLE can find out humorous and unusual facts about the borough during a local history talk next month.
An all new version of ‘Would you believe it?’, by Black Country historian Chris Smith takes place at the Dudley Council-run archives and local history centre on the Tipton Road on Thursday, March 2.
During the evening, Chris will entertain visitors with facts and stories and audience members will have the chance to win a prize if they can guess which one is made up.
The talk begins at 7.30pm, with refreshments available from 7pm.
Admission is £2 for visitors and free to the friends of Dudley Archives and Local History Service.
