THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between March 24 and 30:

Kelvin James Henry, aged 56, of Bank Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for producing cannabis in Dudley on March 10 and possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Fredrick Leonard Mason, aged 67, of Lea Vale Road, Norton, was given a six week community order for drink driving in Wollaston on March 9. When tested, he had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Olusegun Steven Jimoh, aged 27, of Vicarage Street, Oldbury, was fined £310 for drink driving in Warley on March 13. When tested, he had 47mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £31 and £135 court costs.

John William Conroy, aged 38, of Chapel Court, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 94 days for stealing two catalytic converters from cars in Stourbridge between December 3 and 6, 2016. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Kyle Dwaine Richards, aged 30, of Grafton Road, Oldbury, was given a 12 week community order for assaulting two women in Walsall on November 28, 2016. He was also sentenced for sending threatening text messages between November 28 and December 6, 2016. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and £400 court costs.

Wayne Paul Brittain, aged 31, of Abbey Road, Halesowen, was given an eight week community order for stealing items, worth £31.10, from shops in Stourbridge on March 27. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Robert Philpott, aged 33, of Withymore Road, Netherton, was given a 12 week community order for stealing items, worth £169.49, from stores in Brierley Hill and Wordsley on November 7, 2016 and March 11. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £65.10, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Thomas Steven Wagner, aged 27, of Grange Road, Dudley, was fined £80 for stealing curtains, worth £120, from Next, Brierley Hill, on March 10. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Fiona Paterson, aged 49, of Vicarage Road, Amblecote, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Amblecote on February 28. When tested, she had 117mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was given a 10 week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Ferman Kemal Sadiq, aged 27, of Talbot Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for possessing cannabis in Dudley on October 30, 2016. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Jake Michael Edward Cannon, aged 30, of Brewery Street, Kates Hill, was fined £160 for driving without a licence or insurance in Tividale on August 6, 2016. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Warley Magistrates Court on August 23, 2016, having been released on bail. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Wojciech Dobrowski, aged 29, of Norman Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing t-shirts, worth £99.99, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on March 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Andrew Mark Cliff, aged 23, of Swan Street, Netherton, was fined £120 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress. The offence was racially aggravated. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Steven Ferran, aged 35, of Lee Road, Cradley Heath, was fined £120 for drink driving in Oldbury on March 14. When tested, he had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Ryan Ashley Fisher, aged 19, of Harmon Road, Wollaston, was fined £120 for driving a car in Stourbridge on January 3, without reasonable consideration for other people using that place. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Alexander Francis Parker, aged 26, of Blaze Park, Wall Heath, was given a 12 month community order for taking a car without the consent of the owner, for the use of himself or another and owing to the driving of the vehicle, an accident occurred. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £700, a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Christopher David James Rock, aged 31, of Maybank Road, Netherton, was fined £333 for stealing perfume, worth £74, from Boots, Merry Hill, on March 15. He must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and £135 court costs.

Neil Lloyd Gordon, aged 52, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing a litre bottle of Jack Daniels, worth £32, from Sainsbury’s, Blackheath, on March 28, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Mujtaba Hassan, aged 36, of Brewery Street, Dudley, was fined £360 for driving in Great Bridge on February 6 when the proportion of a Delta09-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood exceeded the specified limit. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.
