THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between May 19 and 25:

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 35, of Priory Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, for stealing chocolate, worth £29.90, from B&M, Dudley, on May 21 and breaching a criminal behaviour order. He was also sentenced for assaulting a police officer in Dudley on March 26. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Zafar Iqbal, aged 42, of Highfield Road, Kates Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £17.42, from B&M, Dudley, on May 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Spencer Craig Norgrove, aged 43, of Windsor Close, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing groceries, worth £39.91, from B&M, West Bromwich, on May 21, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Kelly Marie Harris, aged 27, of Chilton Close, Dudley, was sent to prison for four weeks, suspended by 12 months, for stealing alcohol, worth £90, from Asda, Oldbury, on April 5. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £200 court costs.

Shane Paul Huxley, aged 35, of Stourbridge Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing chocolate bars, worth £108, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on March 27. He was also sentenced for failing to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug and failing to surrender to custody at Walsall Magistrates Court on May 17, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £54, a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Anthony Patrick Bennett, aged 30, of Gorsty Avenue, Brockmoor, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing clothing, worth £56.93, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on May 22. He was also sentenced for failing to comply with supervision requirements. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Malcolm Harper, aged 75, of Keyes Drive, Kingswinford, was fined £200 for drink driving in Stourbridge on May 7. When tested he had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Anthony William Mills, aged 34, of Booth Court, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a credit card in Brierley Hill on April 14 and committing fraud by using it to purchase items, worth £160.76, from shops at Merry Hill and using it to withdraw £550 cash. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration, must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and compensation of £710.76.

Craig Palmer, aged 27, of Woodland Road, Blackheath, was discharged conditionally for six months for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on May 6. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £80 court costs.

Laura Amanda Glazzard, aged 25, of Tile House Lane, Pensnett, was fined £73 for causing £100 worth of damage to a car in Brierley Hill on October 29, 2016. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Anthony Wakefield, aged 44, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a man in Dudley on November 11, 2016 and damaging a garden fence. He must pay compensation of £50 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Sinead Keeli Greaves, aged 27, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was given a six month community order for stealing five joints of beef, worth £46, from Aldi, Stourbridge, on May 23. She was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Craig Lee Garratt, aged 29, of Lady Smith Road, Cradley, was fined £140 for driving while disqualified and without insurance, in Warley on April 16. He was given eight penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Nicholas James Bone, aged 45, of Ashton Park Drive, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for stealing bed linen, worth £261, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on May 10. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Batsirai Masawi, aged 18, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was fined £36 for possessing cannabis in Dudley on April 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Cornelius Nayley Price, aged 49, of Leys Road, Brockmoor, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, in Brierley Hill between May 4 and 24. The offence was racially or religiously aggravated. He must pay compensation of £250 and a victim surcharge of £115.

Danielle Sarah Anne Turford, aged 32, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing face cream from Boots, Dudley, on May 19. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Daryl Neil Pickett, aged 37, of Scotts Road, Stourbridge, was given a nine month community order for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on January 27. He was given a 21 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.
