Councillor Les Jones, cabinet member for housing, said: “It’s very important that people in our communities have a voice about the things that matter to them.

“We usually do this by holding an annual tenants conference, but this year we wanted to try and do things a bit differently.

“Instead of asking residents to come to us, we are going to go out to them and visit lots of different estates all over the borough.

"Hopefully this will mean we are able to get the views of more people, and we would encourage people to come along and tell us what they think.”

The council will be entering everyone who takes part in the consultation into a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher.

Results of the roadshow will be displayed at Dudley Town Hall on November 4.
