A DRINK driver who was more than four times over the legal limit has been banned from driving for three years.

Louise Mary Monkton, of Penn Road, Rowley Regis, had 153mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath when she was caught behind the wheel in Cradley Heath on July 13. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

She was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for two years and must carry out 120 hours unpaid work.

Monkton must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

The following also appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between August 4 and 10: Shane William Patrick O’Rourke, aged 29, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Tipton on August 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Shafiq Mohamed, aged 35, of Himley Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for stealing a razor, worth £20, from Superdrug, Dudley, on July 13 and possessing a knuckleduster in Dudley on August 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Nicholas Charles Fellows, aged 39, of Round Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for two years, for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill between April 13 and 24 and assaulting her on April 8. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 9.30pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £115 and £620 court costs.

Leigh Alan Woodbine, aged 40, of Brookside, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man and damaging a glass window in Dudley on July 21. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 9pm and 5.30am. He must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Sam Harry Mansell, aged 21, of Hall Church Road, Holly Hall, was fined £500 for causing £200 worth of damage to a car in Brierley Hill on July 23. He was also sentenced for causing £300 worth of damage to a window in Dudley. He must pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Kelly Louise Bailey, aged 37, of Kennedy Crescent, Lower Gornal, was fined £166 for damaging plants, worth £100, in Wolverhampton on July 8. She must pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Stacy Cole, aged 31, of Smallshire Way, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for resisting a police officer in the execution of her duty, in Stourbridge on May 27. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Liam Kieron Connor, aged 29, of Grafton Road, Oldbury, was fined £120 for assaulting a man in Brandhall on August 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £80 court costs.
