A new era of fun and learning has begun at a Halesowen primary school thanks to a £4,000 playground.
Teachers and parents joined pupils at Lapal Primary School in Priory Road for the opening of the new play area, which has been funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland's Supergrounds programme.
The school became involved in the scheme after being nominated by a parent who is employed by the bank.
Headteacher Doug Harrison said: "Our new area is fantastic and it really does allow the children to learn while they play."
