THE new season of special film screenings at Oldbury Rep starts next week with the first film up being the acclaimed British comedy drama ‘Their Finest’.
Starring Gemma Arterton and Bill Nighy, the war time film tells the story of a former secretary who has been newly appointed as a scriptwriter for propaganda films.
She joins the cast and crew of a major production while the Blitz rages around them.
Tickets for the 7.30pm showing on Friday, September 22, cost £4 and can be booked now at www.oldburyrep.org.
The film will be shown on the Rep’s 170 seat auditorium, with high quality digital projection beaming it onto a 16ft screen.
