Halesowen Road in Catshill had now reopened following an earlier burst water main between Woodrow Lane and Golden Cross Lane.
The M5 Southbound is busy but moving around J1 (West Bromwich) going into the roadworks area. Travel time is 13 minutes.
In Kingswinford, heavy traffic is being reported on Wolverhampton Road, Moss Grove and Market Street around Summer Hill from Wall Heath.
Elsewhere, there are temporary traffic lights in place along High Street, Dudley and Highgate Street, Cradley Heath.
