BRITAIN’S Got Talent judge Simon Cowell has said the country is lucky to have such “down to earth, nice, decent people” as the next generation of royals.

The TV star has met members of the royal family at the Royal Variety Performance, where the Britain’s Got Talent winner performs, and hinted that he has also met Prince Harry’s bride to be Meghan Markle.

FILM-maker James Toback potentially broke laws in four sexual abuse investigations but will not face charges because the allegations fall outside California’s statute of limitations, a prosecutor has ruled.

Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office released documents on Monday that detailed investigations against Toback, who has reportedly been accused of sexual misconduct by nearly 400 women.

Hollywood stars Selma Blair, Rachel McAdams and Julianne Moore are among those to make public allegations against Toback, who was nominated for an Oscar for writing 1991’s Bugsy and has made denials.

FLEETWOOD Mac have parted ways with Lindsey Buckingham, the musician who wrote and sung on tracks including Tusk and Go Your Own Way.

The British-American band, founded in London, announced on Monday they would tour without the US multi-instrumentalist who joined the group in 1974 with then-girlfriend Stevie Nicks.

The ITV programme, based on Japanese show Sasuke, is returning to TV screens with another batch of competitors pushing themselves to their limits across a gruelling obstacle course.
