A green-fingered Cradley Heath woman is throwing open her garden, after having it re-designed, to raise money for her church appeal.
Jen Kerrison will be unveiling her back garden to the viewing public on Saturday (August 18) from 1pm until 5pm.
The garden at 13A The Crescent, has recently been re-vamped by garden designer Chris Hanke, son of Reverend Hilary Hanke, of St Luke's Church.
The makeover, which took over three months to complete due to adverse weather conditions, has seen the garden being transformed into a low-maintenance area and includes new plants and statues as well as the thick clay-like soil being replaced with gravel.
Jen, who lives with her 96-year-old mother Hilda, will donate the money raised to St Luke's living stones appeal, which is used to pay for the fabric church running costs.
Jen said: "This is a family house, where my grandparents used to live, and they were also very keen gardeners, so I hope they like what we have done with the garden. We think it is wonderful."
