A CHARITABLE Halesowen fundraiser continues in her quest to create a lasting tribute to her brother by raising money in his memory.
Lynda Parsons will once again be selling her handmade greetings cards in aid of Worldwide Cancer Research during a coffee morning at Hurst Green Methodist Church on Saturday (June 2).
A leukaemia sufferer herself, Lynda started making cards following her brother Steven Pearsall’s death from stomach cancer in 2011.
She will be selling a range of wonderful hand-made greetings cards for every occasion at the Narrow Lane church from 10.30am until noon.
The cards start from as little as £1 and up to £3.50 for large ones which come in a box.
Every penny Lynda raises from her card sales are donated to Worldwide Cancer Research in Steven’s memory.
