A Rowley Regis foster carer is appealing for animal-loving people to come forward and adopt a kitten.
Kind-hearted Donna Stanley, who has been a foster parent for Forest Cat Welfare for the past two years, has 25 fluffy kittens who are all looking for a new and loving home.
She said: "We have a lot of kittens and cats in care at the moment which we are struggling to re-home.
"We are finding it particularly difficult to re-home the kittens."
Donna said: "We have had three boxes of kittens and pregnant mums brought into us by members of the public who have found them abandoned in parks and forests."
Twenty-eight-year-old Donna, who works for Sandwell Social Services, began working with the Kidderminster-based centre after she approached them for a pet cat.
She said: "I adopted Izzy two years ago, she had behavioural problems and I fancied a challenge, but she has been amazing."
Since then Donna has welcomed and cared for dozens of cats and kittens in her home.
She said: "I really enjoy doing it, to see them come out of themselves and grow is so rewarding."
Anyone who would like to re-home a cat or kitten can contact Donna on 07815 50 3335 or Julia Hale, the founder of Forest Care Welfare on 01562 634427.
Home checks will need to be completed before a cat can be re-homed.
