A MAN has been arrested after threatening a knife attack in Lye.
West Midlands Police were called to Claycroft Place at about 7.05pm yesterday evening (July 12) in response to reports of a man with a knife making threats to attack another person.
Officers confirmed they arrived at the scene within eight minutes of the 999 call, before arresting a 44-year-old man for carrying a knife.
The man remains in police custody.
