A GIANT climbing wall, DJ decks and games consoles are all coming to Rowley Regis and Oldbury this summer as part of Sandwell’s Youth Bus tour.
Young people aged between eight and 19 can take part in a number of free activities when the bus pulls in to Britannia Park and Lion Farm Playing Fields.
The bus will visit Oldbury on Tuesday, August 7, and Rowley on August 28, with both events taking place between 5pm and 8pm.
Councillor Simon Hackett, cabinet member for children’s services, said: “The great thing about the Youth Bus is that it gives our youth services team the chance to take free activities to local communities in Sandwell.
“I'm thrilled we are able to put on extra sessions for the summer holidays and encourage young people to come along and join in the fun.”
The Youth Bus already delivers nine sessions per week at various locations across the borough. For more details about Sandwell's youth activities visit www.justyouth.org.uk.
