SCORES of hospitality jobs are on offer at Dudley Zoo.

The popular attraction on Castle Hill, Dudley, has multiple hospitality jobs going.

Anyone interested is invited to take part in a free two-week training course being run by the Black Country Skills Shop, which is based at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre.

At the end of the course participants are guaranteed an interview for a position at the zoo.

Anyone age 19 and above in receipt of jobseekers allowance or universal credit is eligible to sign up for the course, which starts on Monday March 7.

The full-time course will run from Monday to Friday from 9.30am till 3pm for two weeks during which people will be given the skills they need for a hospitality job at the zoo.

Andrew Kirby Administrator for Skills Programmes at Dudley College of Technology said: "There are hospitality jobs available at Dudley Zoo.

"We will upskill our learners to fill these positions and anyone who completes the two-week course is guaranteed an interview."

The Skills Shop is based opposite Natwest bank on the lower mall.
