ALDI is looking to hire staff for stores in Brierley Hill, Dudley and Halesowen as part of a recruitment drive to take on 413 new store colleagues in the West Midlands between now and the end of the year.

The supermarket chain is looking for people of all levels of experience to fill full and part-time roles across the region.

Posts range from stock assistants and store assistants up to store manager, with salaries of up to £48,490.

The recruitment push is part of Aldi’s nationwide expansion drive, with the supermarket on track to create 2,000 permanent new roles across the UK this year.

Kelly Stokes, recruitment director at Aldi UK, said: “As we continue to grow and make Aldi accessible to even more shoppers, we need more amazing colleagues across the country to help make that possible."

From September, Aldi store colleagues will earn an industry-leading minimum hourly rate of £10.50 nationally, with paid breaks included.
