Garden fires are a menace

Is there anyone else out there living at the top of Rowley enjoying the hot, sunny weather only for it to be spoilt by some household having a garden fire again?
I had all my washing out and windows and patio door open relaxing when the terrible smell of fire came drifting in.
We should all have green garden bins and recycling bins, so why do inconsiderate people still light garden bonfires at the start of spring every year?
