A GIRL has been hit by a car in Quinton.
The incident happened just before 3.30pm on Wednesday, February 15, on West Boulevard.
The young girl has been taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital with injuries believed not to be serious.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of a collision between a car and pedestrian on West Boulevard at 3.28pm and sent one ambulance, two paramedic officers and the West Midlands Care Team to the scene.
“On arrival, we discovered one patient, a young girl, who was the pedestrian.
“She was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital for further assessment.”
