A FORMER Halesowen office building has gone up for sale with a £250k price tag.
The building on Blackberry Lane has planning permission to convert it into two separate homes.
Sales notes state: "The existing building has been used as an office for a number of years.
"Planning permission to convert the existing building into two separate houses is now available."
They state that the each house would have a hall, kitchen, under stairs store, toilet and living/dining room on the ground floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
A planning application was approved on April 6 for a change of use from offices to homes.
The warehouse and offices next door are being sold separately - also with a £250k price tag.
Sales notes by state that it is "an opportunity to acquire freehold commercial premises comprising warehouse/storage at ground floor level with shared loading bay area and offices and storage areas on the first floor"
"Halesowen Town Centre is the main commercial centre a short drive away."
The sprawling buildings feature multiple rooms including offices, stock rooms and a rear warehouse.
