NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Dudley’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:
• Rated 4: Il Michelangelo at High Street, Brockmoor, Brierley Hill; rated on August 30
• Rated 3: Spice Hut at 4 Clarage House Long Lane, Halesowen; rated on August 30
One rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:
• Rated 3: The Cobham Arms at 217 Howley Grange Road, Halesowen; rated on August 30
Plus one rating for a takeaway:
• Rated 3: Bangla Kitchen at 73 Long Lane, Halesowen; rated on August 30
A rating of five means hygiene standards are very good, four means hygiene standards are good, three means hygiene standards are generally satisfactory, two means some improvement is necessary, one means major improvement is necessary and a zero rating means urgent improvement is required.
