AN appeal has gone out for people to join a new choir in Halesowen.
The Lutley Community Voices will hold its first rehearsal on Thursday (January 19) at Lutley Primary in Brookwillow Road.
The session will run from 8pm till 9.15pm and will be staged every Thursday during term time.
Margaret Jones, who is running the choir, said: “I hope it will appeal to people who enjoy singing, but have not necessarily got any experience of singing with a choir, perhaps inspired by the success of Gareth Malone's The Choir series to see what it's like.
“ We will be singing a wide range of musical styles.”
