A QUARTER of Halesowen ’s Windsor High School GCSE passes were top A*/A grades and 95 per cent of students gained five or more A*-C grades.
Headteacher Keith Sorrell said the high number of A*/As showed the “very high level at which many of our students are performing.”
Every student gained five or more A*-G grades and 63 per cent gained five A*-C grades, including English and maths.
Outstanding results were gained by Chelsea Russon - 7A*, 3A and 2B, Louise Rollings - 5A*, 5A and 1B, Jorim Theuns - 5A* and 5A, and Caroline Tarnowski - 4A*, 6A and 1B.
Mr Sorrell added: “Congratulations to year 11 students on some excellent results this year that reflects all their hard work and effort and that of their teachers.”
