Halesowen vandals caught on camera

TWO teenage vandals who sprayed paint over eight cars parked in Halesowen have been arrested after being caught on CCTV.
The 16-year-olds gave themselves away when their mugshots were caught on camera in the Pool Road multi-storey car park when they stood in front of the lense prior to spraying that too.
Sergeant Liz Benson said the boys were arrested still carrying the spray paint and have been given police bail pending a decision on what action to take against them.
