Halesowen pensioners to show they are full of life

ELDERLY residents at a Halesowen retirement complex will be showing they are “full of life” with a charity coffee morning and an activity afternoon.
Homemade cakes will be on sale at the Macmillan coffee morning at Clements Court on Friday September 28 from 10am until noon and there will also be a tombola.
The activity afternoon, with movement to music, a sing-along, wii demo and quizzes, will be on Tuesday October 2 from 2pm until 5pm There will also be a raffle for Contact the Elderly, a charity that organises monthly tea parties for lonely people aged over 75.
The events will be part of Age UK‘s Full of Life week.
