Man killed while riding bike stolen during Halesowen burglary

A MAN who was killed in a crash in Birmingham was riding a bike which had been stolen during a burglary in Halesowen , police have revealed.

Andrew Buck died when the Red Honda VFR 750 left the road in Jenners Lane, Northfield, on Thursday September 13.

The 22-year-old, from Druids Heath, was not wearing a helmet.

The bike had been stolen the previous day.

Inspector Mark Watkins, from the Collision Investigation Unit, said: "A young man has tragically lost his life and we are looking to piece together the events that led to the collision.

“I would ask anybody that can provide any information regarding either the theft of the motorcycle or its movement up to the time of the collision to contact officers at the regional collision investigation unit on 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."

What a disrespectful comment! No he never stole the bike and had nothing to do with burglary and that is a fact so think what your writing. There are family and friends grieving over Buck's death and you want to write inappropriate comments on news articles with his name in. He has left behind a broken family!
