Fashionistas flock to Merry Hill's style showcase
SHOPPERS were treated to fashion shows and trend tips at Merry Hill’s latest style extravaganza weekend.
Fountain Square at the Westfield mall was transformed into a style and beauty hub showcasing autumn and winter trends on Saturday September 15 and Sunday September 16.
The Fashion Takeover event saw fashionistas treated to mini makeovers, expert advice from health and beauty retailers and performances by dance troupes donning the latest High Street fashions - ranging from looks dubbed City Slick and Gothic Brocade to Urban Floral and Military.
Free voucher booklets were also handed out to shoppers offering up to 20 per cent off at various top stores.
Kelly Reed,Merry Hill's marketing manager, said: “The weekend proved a huge success and we are delighted with the feedback from shoppers and retailers.
"The dance troupes attracted big crowds of spectators and the beauty pods and discount voucher booklets were extremely popular indeed.”
