Coach driver in court charged with death by dangerous driving

A COACH driver appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court this week accused of causing the deaths of two people after a crash between a lorry and a coach on the M5 near in Halesowen in March.

Jasminder Dhesi, aged 50, from Nether Hall Avenue, Great Barr is facing two charges of causing death by dangerous driving.

A coach passenger died in the crash between junctions three and four and the lorry driver died later in hospital.

Dhesi was released on unconditional bail until January 15, 2013.
