TALBOTS Solicitors are trying to tempt intrepid Stourbridge folk to join them in their charity triathlon which takes place next month.
They're looking for people to walk, cycle or canoe from Bewdley to Bridgnorth on September 14.
It's the fourth year running that QualitySolicitors Talbots has staged the event.
Initially it comprised walking and cycling, before the canoeing was added last year.
Walkers can cover the full 14 miles from Bewdley to Bridgnorth and can even walk back.
For the less fit, there's the option of stops and taking the train back.
Cyclists can cover a 40-mile route while canoeists meet at Severn Park in Bridgnorth and travel 10.5 miles to Arley, or complete the full 14 to Bewdley.
Entry for walking and cycling costs £10, while the canoeing fee is £30.
All money raised from the triathlon will go to the Chris Westwood Charity for children with disabilities.
Entry forms are available by emailing emmarose@talbotslaw.co.uk
