A BROCKMOOR man has appeared in court charged with possession of an imitation firearm following reports that someone was armed with a gun in Brierley Hill.
Liam Palmer, of Cressett Lane, was arrested on Saturday (November 22) after officers were called to Level Street at about 1pm to reports of an armed man at the business district in Waterfront Way.
The 23-year-old was detained shortly afterwards and was arrested about 3pm.
He appeared at Dudley Magistrates’ Court today (Monday) but was remanded in custody until February 23, where he will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
