THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between October 10 and 13:

James Michael Wallace, aged 32, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing items, worth £249.94, from stores in Kingswinford, Stourbridge and Brierley Hill, between September 24 and October 9, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Sean Michael Fitzgerald, aged 41, of Armstrong Close, Stourbridge, was fined £100 for driving without due care and attention and without a licence or insurance, in Dudley on August 2.He was given eight penalty points and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

Robert Philpott, aged 33, of Withymoor Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £130, from stores in Pensnett and Kingswinford on September 2 and 24. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 9pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £50 court costs.

Hammad Ali Ayub, aged 30, of Hickmans Avenue, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for possessing cocaine in West Bromwich on June 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £185 court costs.

Jamie Robert Heaton, aged 39, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was fined £100 for drink driving in Stourbridge on September 25. When tested, he had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Lance Nathan Smith, aged 26, of Uplands Avenue, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for driving while disqualified in Dudley on October 10, while subject to a suspended sentence. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance or MOT. He was disqualified from driving for 48 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Jane Hardwicke, aged 65, of Cherry Tree Court, Wollescote, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing groceries, worth £42.11, from Asda, Merry Hill, on September 26. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Khaleel Ahmed Hart, aged 21, of Meers Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing cider and soft drinks, worth £11, from Londis, Lye, on May 9. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Carol Elizabeth May Hickman, aged 49, of Blackacre Road, Dudey, was fined £100 for stealing items, worth £198.59, from B&M, Dudley, on September 14. She must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £67.50 court costs.

Sarah Secka, aged 27, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £198.54, from B&M, Dudley, on September 14. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £67.50 court costs.

Sharlette Louise Bellingham, aged 26, of Harebell Crescent, Wrens Nest, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for two years, for assaulting a man in Dudley on May 14. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 9pm and 6am. She must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £115 and £500 court costs.
