THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between November 25 and December 1:

Victoria Ann Jones, aged 37, of New John Street, Halesowen, was fined £120 for drink driving in Halesowen on November 12. When tested, she had 89mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

David Jason Poulton, aged 29, of Meadow Walk, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £250 worth of damage to a tablet in Cradley Heath on October 9. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on November 14, having been released on bail and possessing cannabis in Oldbury on November 16. He must pay compensation of £250 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Ross Andrew Biles, aged 23, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for assaulting a woman in Dudley on May 8. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £100 court costs.

Mark Nathaniel Kelly, aged 38, of Lloyd Street, Dudley, was given a six month community order for attempting to steal cheese and ham, worth £29.99, from Iceland, Dudley, on November 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

Thomas Samuel Welch, aged 39, of Fisher Road, Oldbury, was given a six month community order for stealing four gift sets, worth £160, from Boots, Smethwick, on November 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

Marc Deganis, aged 50, of William Street, Brierley Hill, was given a two week community order for stealing three bottles of perfume, worth £235, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on November 10. He was given a two week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Jamie Anthony Rollinson, aged 32, of Highgate Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for stealing perfume sets and a hair trimmer, worth £140, from Boots, Merry Hill, on November 16 and battery charging packs, worth £100, from Tesco, Dudley, on November 29, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
