Woman injured after crash near busy Dudley island
A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a smash near a busy Dudley island this morning (Wednesday).
A transit van and car crashed on the Dudley Southern By-Pass, just off Cinder Bank Island, which resulted in the car hitting a lamppost.
The car driver, a woman in her 40s, was taken to Russells Hall Hospital with knee pain.
Firefighters from Dudley and Brierley Hill arrived just after 9am to make the scene safe.
