Sisters charged with managing Dudley brothel
TWO sisters have been charged with assisting the management of a Dudley town brothel.
Tracey Dawn Ashley, aged 37, of Brook Street, Dudley, and her younger sister Lisa Jane Barton, aged 35, of Wolverhampton, appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court this afternoon charged with managing a brothel in Abberley Street, Dudley.
Barton was also charged with possessing cannabis.
Magistrates decided to commit the case to Wolverhampton Crown Court, granting Barton conditional bail until the committal hearing at the court on March 25.
Magistrates also ordered a number of bail conditions for Barton to obey, including not coming into Dudley Metropolitan Borough until her court appearance.
Ashley was remanded in custody.
