Kingswinford cops cat-ch feline felon after a walk on the wild side

KINGSWINFORD cops were hoping for a big cat-ch in a case which took a walk on the wild side.

Officers were this morning (Thursday August 9) thinking they were coming to the end of a quiet shift when a call came in reporting a 'tiger' on the loose.

West Midlands Police were quick to pounce on the incident, involving someone in a tiger costume stealing traffic cones, and set out at 5.35am in a bid to apprehend the feline felon.

After a thorough search fur the offender a man, believed to have been at a stag party, was stopped, given a stern warning and sent home with his tail between his legs.
