Dear Residents of Kidderminster “Christmas Greetings and all good wishes for a happy and healthy New Year 2012”.
Christmas festivities have taken me to schools, community churches and to concerts in our splendid Concert Hall.
There is so much talent amongst all ages in our town, it was a privilege to be a guest at these events.
I shall be attending a Christmas Service this week with the “Among Friends Kidderminster” held at the Fred Bennett Centre in George Street. This is a day care centre for people who have dementia which gives support to those who have this challenging illness and to the carers who support them in their homes. It is my Mayoral Charity this year; donations will be used to create activity boxes for use in the centre and in the community.
