BUSINESSES are being asked to consider launching or growing your existing enterprise, to consider moving to a new office in Stourport.

The bright, modern offices are at the newly refurbished Civic building, formerly the district council’s offices of New Street, adjacent to the Riverside. The offices are all on the top floor and should be available to occupy from mid-February.

The rental package is designed to appeal to new start-ups and growing businesses. It includes parking, wi-fi, a bookable meeting room, shared kitchen facilities and heating. The rental packages start from £250 to £500 a month.

Councillor John Holden, chairman of the civic cross-party project steering group, said: “We are delighted to be able to provide these well appointed new offices in the centre of Stourport. It is a great place to be based with local services close by and many of the offices have the lovely outlook over the Riverside.

“We expect these offices to be popular so if you think a move would be right for you, get in touch now and register your interest.”

The civic has been re-developed to create a new home for Stourport’s library, the police, coroner’s court and the town council. The adjacent civic hall provides thriving theatre and performance space.
