AN autistic Stourbridge businesswoman and her family have launched their brand new market stall.

Pippa Williams will be selling pet treats and related products from her Smithfield Market stand every Friday.

Specialising in natural, gluten free dog treats, ‘Pippa’s Pet Treats’ hopes to show what can be done in the world of work for people in autism, if they have the appropriate support.

The stall’s official opening on Friday (September 9) was greeted with a visit from Stourbridge MP Margot James.

Margot said: “I was delighted to be asked to attend the opening of Pippa’s Pet Treats last week.

“All the staff have worked extremely hard and I was very pleased to see the stall already had a steady flow of customers on my arrival.

“It is always positive to see local businesses thrive in Stourbridge and I wish Pippa and her family every success for the future.”

The stall will also be opening on Saturday mornings, with staff hoping its customers will like to products, helping the business grow.
