Robert Williams, of Leabank Road, Netherton, was remanded on bail until June 3 by Judge Michael Challinor for a pre-sentence report.
Williams, who had a yard in Pear Tree Lane, Dudley, admitted being concerned in a money laundering arrangement.
Diane Chilton 49, also of Leabank Road, had faced a similar charge but Jane Sarginson, for the prosecution, offered no evidence in her case.
